　　3、点击文件—另存为，输入文件名“BITS.reg”，保存类型为“所有文件”，点击保存。

　　4、双击BITS.reg文件，或者右键选择“以管理员身份运行”，导入注册表。

　　5、重启系统，就能启动BITS服务了。
